The Skilled Operator Process Start employee is responsible for the movement of the Tomes product from Zone A to Tomes, operating the brining, demolding, and tumbler, operating the pressing benches, de-lidding machine, and acidification, operating the cheese racks by hauling them in the ripening room, and operating the washing machine for the molds and lids that feed the molder machine. They will also prepare the Tomes product for shipment to other locations, as well as assisting at the Brine River with sorting declass cheese. The operator sets-up, adjusts, and operates the equipment in their area.
