ITW Food Equipment Group, an Illinois Tool Works Fortune 200 business, is a recognized leader among commercial food equipment worldwide. Hobart Dealer Sales is looking for an energetic Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the Pennsylvania Market.
Individual will be responsible for generating sales in the territory with limited supervision from the Regional Director. Their objective will be to sell all the Hobart, Traulsen and Baxter products within the scope of the dealer and Food Equipment Group. Responsibilities include achieving or surpassing assigned sales plan and personal objectives, including assisting the Regional Director with annual sales forecasts.
Achieve or surpass sales plan for Hobart, Traulsen & Baxter products.
Ability to work with Field Sales Teams to drive organizational goals
Call on accounts and identify product needs, demonstrate and obtain orders.
Complete purchase order and process through appropriate Order Entry / Customer Care.
Coordinate delivery, installation and demonstration to meet customer requirements.
Submit timely reports on sales activity, competitive activity and market conditions.
Participate in seminars, customer trade shows and dealer trainings
Maintain knowledge of all product lines applicable to industry needs and sell the full line.
Conduct all activities in keeping with company policies and procedures.
Conduct, maintain, customer CRM and sales lead portfolio
Work with cross functional service team to ensure installations, warranty and service calls are meeting customer expectations and occur in timley manner.
Responsibility for calling on FoodService Consultants located in territory by providing technical assistance, product/application knowledge & ensuring a positive customer experience with the ITW brands
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Foodservice Industry Experience
3-5 years field selling experience, working directly with dealers, end users or in other business-to-business environments
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
CRM Software experience
AutoCAD (or similar software) experience preferred
Excellent short-term, mid-term, and long-term ability to set goals, prioritize, and manage time.
Consultative problem solver and very strong communicator.
Ability to create and execute impactful sales presentations for small and large groups.
Ability and willingness to work as a team on common goals, and to work towards total team development.
Commitment to a group effort within the market. A strong teamwork mentality to understand the common vision.
