Deere & Company is seeking a Software Engineer in Chicago, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 3 years related experience. Required skills: Create applications by following the SOLID principles (3 yrs); Integrate applications using a designing database architecture and server scripting to establish connectivity with network systems (3 yrs); Create applications by adhering to a test-driven development approach (2 yrs); Design and develop user interfaces for internet applications by setting expectations and feature priorities throughout the development life cycle using both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies (2 yrs). Must live within normal commuting distance of worksite. Up to 60% remote work allowed.
