    DuPont Electronics & Industrial has an opening position of Account Manager. As an Account Manager you will primarily be responsible for selling products or services to, and maintaining relationships with, new and existing customers for the DuPont Kalrez® primarily in Semiconductor market.

    Your key responsibilities will be/what you'll do: ?

    • Direct customers or customers through distribution channel management within semiconductor market

    • Works to achieve & exceed sales targets in the assigned semiconductor territory by managing existing customers and developing new business opportunities by partnering with customers and building customer intimacy. Generates sales leads and manages a sales force development pipeline and advancing sales opportunities to commercialization.

    • Partnering with DuPont marketing team to support and execute segment strategies.

    • Manages accounts in assigned territory to ensure superior customer service.

    • Manages all aspects of the selling process (Awareness, Preference, Purchase, and Loyalty) and works independently within an assigned territory or customer base.

    • Administers pricing, sales policies, customer payment terms and conditions, supply and quality issue management.

    • Acts as the primary liaison between the customer or distribution account and DuPont. Works closely with other functional teams to grow the responsible sales territory by increasing sales at existing customers or by acquiring new customers in the territory.

    • Provides feedback on competitor's market share, products and activities. Stays closely connected to customer to insure accurate sales forecast and customer safety stock management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree (Science or Engineering studies preferred.)

    • 5+ years' experience in sales or customer support roles preferred

    • Experience in application development, business development, and sales

    • ~~~ / Customer Information Mgt systems

    • Negotiation Skills

    • Strong Interpersonal Skills & Sensitivities

    • Demonstrated Sales Experience

    • Strong presentation and communication skills

    • Knowledge of buying influences, negotiation, purchasing processes and value-based solution selling

    • Strong initiative to identify growth opportunities, coordinate & drive actions to influence customer

    • Reliable & team player

    • Skills and abilities to identify opportunities for competitive advantages with new and existing products in the marketplace

    • Familiarity with semiconductor equipment design and materials requirement - strongly preferred

    • Ability to travel routinely up to 50% of time

    • Preferred candidate to be located on West Coast of US

    The Pay range for this role is $118,370.00 - $186,010.00 Annual

    How Base Pay is Determined: DuPont has job leveling frameworks that help organize roles based on progressive levels of responsibility, proficiency and qualifications. Each role has an associated pay range (or an established pay rate for some roles) based on the competitive market in each country where we operate. Each individual's pay is based on a variety of factors, including their role and the associated pay range for that role, their geographic location (i.e., country, state, metropolitan area), as well as their skills, experience, education and certifications, and performance.
