    Job Summary and Qualifications

    JOB TITLE - Account Manager

    GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Account Manager develops and maintains relationships with new and existing client base. Ensures client satisfaction and develops new business opportunities within assigned territory and acts as a liaison of communication and coordination between the client, operations and network professionals.

    SUPERVISOR - Regional Vice President of Operations

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

    • Maintains overall accountability/responsibility for all aspects of territory to include environment, management of resources and expenditures within established budgetary standards.

    • Establishes and develops long-term relationships, while also servicing existing accounts.

    • Seeks out and identifies new business opportunities, initiating communication with decision makers to assess their needs.

    • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates Clients needs on an ongoing basis.

    • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations

    • Liaison of communication and coordination between the client, operations and network employees

    • Assist with on-boarding and hiring of network professionals

    • Assists with proper placement of network professionals

    • Promotes teamwork and collaboration with PWMS Corporate office and other PWMS offices as necessary

    • Maintains a harmonious relationship with facilities and subcontractors through cooperative contacts.

    • Maintains confidentiality and appropriate access of all employee information· Participates in special projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES - This position requires the following minimal requirements:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Utilizes excellent customer service skills at all times

    • Ability to multi-task

    • Ability to work well within a team environment

    • Ability to select, train, motivates and develops employees.

    • Effectively deals with conflict resolution

    • Ability to implement training curriculum per HCA requirements.

    • Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

    • Experience with relational databases, d (~~~/) ata analysis and report writing.· Maintains working area and equipment in accordance with environmental and safety regulations. EDUCATION - High School Diploma and/or GED required, Bachelors preferred. EXPERIENCE - Current 3-5 years working in an Account Management type position, preferably within the Healthcare staffing field. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

    • Requires local and overnight travel

    • Exert up to20 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs frequently.

    • Requires prolonged sitting some walking, standing, repetitive tasks/ motions and stretching.

    • Requires clarity of vision, eye-hand-foot coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment. · Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound · Requires normal eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.

    • Requires; dexterity to type
