  • Role & Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining A/R and other accounting activities.

    • Post customers' PO entries through EDI.

    • Daily ASN to customers.

    • Daily Invoicing to the customers by EDI, email or mail.

    • Issue freight PO as per shipping documents.

    • Sales report send to management.

    • Maintain chargeback and issue credit memos.

    • ACH, wire and deposited checks post in A/R.

    • Review aging report weekly and call customers that are behind.

    • Help other accounting team members.

    • Any other accounting matter assignment.

    Qualifications

    • Intermediate Excel proficiency required (v-lookups and pivot tables)

    • EDI

    • SAGE/Peachtree/or similar

    • Crystal Reporting
