    • Skill Level: Entry to Intermediate

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Communicating effectively with homeowners, guests, employees and managers in a positive, productive and efficient manner.

    • Establishing expert knowledge of Vail Resort's Coupa procurement and IQtrac work order systems.

    • Reaching out to third party vendors to establish relationships and setting them up in Vail Resort's procurement system.

    • Running monthly stakeholder (HOA, Owner, and Rental Program) invoicing and working alongside our finance team to investigate discrepancies.

    • Working with Managers to audit labor and expenses monthly to ensure budgets are not exceeded.

    • Checking email regularly throughout the day to ensure prompt attention to immediate issues.

    • Providing strong team support by assisting Community Association Managers with meeting packet organization, HOA website updates, change forms, email blasts, and any other administrative assistance.

    • Active member of the LLT (Lodging Leadership Team) and RLT (Resort Leadership Team) by attending bi-weekly meetings.

    • Stimulating professional development through on-going training classes and cross training opportunities.

    • Other administrative duties as assigned.

    ?????????????? Job Requirements:

    • High school diploma required, college degree preferred.

    • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience preferred, but not required.

    • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Acrobat Pro.

    • Strong English written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present information to owners, guests, managers and other employees of the organization.

    • Attention to detail, multitask oriented, professional mannerism, self-motivated, proactive, highly organized.

    The expected pay range is $20.00 - $24.49. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
