The CAD Technician

• Maintains accurate documentation of all facilities, both owned and leased, and will provide on-going maintenance of a drawing database.

• The CAD Tech will perform a wide variety of duties that utilize Computer-Aided Design/Drafting (CAD) and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM) in support of the Facilities, Design & Construction and Finance teams.

• The CAD Tech will assist in maintaining all electronic files of Record Documents, As-Built Drawings, Floor Plans and Construction Documents for BayCare Health System.

• This position will also assist the Design Services Team (Space Planning, Interior Design and Equipment planning) during the design process.

• The CAD Tech will verify accuracy of plans prior to any preliminary design work.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required - 2+ years of Architectural Drafting experience is required.

• Required - High School or Equivalent

• Preferred - Technical - Related Field; Preferred - Associates - Related Field
