  • Description

    Will work with Project Managers, Estimators, and Accounts Payable to create subcontracts, all material purchase orders and change orders, on multiple contract projects, monitors completion and tracking of contract documents, and other requirements including prequalification of subcontractors.

    Essential Functions/Position Responsibilities:

    -Prepare all subcontracts, all material purchase orders, and all change orders for contract work.

    -Effectively communicate with project management and vendors for the timely preparation of contract document and return of contract documents.

    -Manage prequalification process of all subcontractors and maintain prequalification list.

    -Serve as the back up to the Contract Administrator II.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    -Maintain a positive attitude and ability to communicate with all company employees and customers with courtesy, professionalism, and diplomacy.

    -Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.

    -Basic knowledge of insurance requirements and contract administration.

    -Good verbal and written communication, and good interpersonal skills.
