    Pay Rate

    The pay rate for this job is $17 - $19 / Hour

    What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Representative:

    • As an Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Representative you will be processing purchase orders, creating new client accounts, and acting as the point-of-contact for our customers

    • You will work closely with Orbit's sales team and other departments to service our clients above and beyond the call of duty

    • Accurately input data & orders into our database

    • Process customer purchase orders and distribute order confirmation

    • Manage sales promotions

    • Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns

    • Promptly respond to customer email inquiries and requests

    • Onboard new customers and service existing customer accounts

    • Provide customers with accurate pricing and availability of products

    • Alert customer when items are out of stock/discontinued and suggest value-engineered alternatives

    • Follow up on customer orders and provide expected delivery date

    • Check inventory control

    • Expedite or trace missing /delayed shipments by working with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, operations and other departments

    • Perform various clerical duties, including filing and record retention

    Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

    Job requirements

    • High school or equivalent

    • High level of computer literacy (PC literate with Excel, Word, and Outlook)

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Must be customer-retention focused

    • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to adapt quickly in an fast paced environment

    • Must be able to effectively prioritize, multi task and work well as part of a team
