Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Diesel Mechanic Helper . The role involves performing repairs and maintenance for mobile and plant equipment. You'll assist our senior mechanics in maintaining and repairing various types of mobile equipment in our company shop or on public roadways as necessary. This role plays a crucial part in maximizing equipment availability through the use of efficient and proactive preventative maintenance programs. The successful candidate should be willing to work on ready-mix plants as needed and must be proficient in English, both oral and written.

work schedule starts 6:30am until finish (may be 12 hour shift)

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Work Environment

The job involves working in an open garage environment in a gravel field. It may be hot as the work is carried out in a shaded area outside. Training will be provided from 8 am to 5 pm. The work schedule starts at 6:30 am until finish, which may extend to a 12-hour shift.
