    YOUR ROLE

    • Analytics for making media investment choices in national media, retailer media, promotion, and commercial activations e.g. Market mix, media optimization, A/B testing, Media analytics, Sales Lift Analysis.

    • Consumption Forecasting Initiative for the entire suite of brands for Henkel Consumer Brands (US). Quantifying business drivers and its impact on driving consumption in market. Clearly articulate the "why?" behind market movements and "what?" it means for the future.

    • High Impact Custom Analysis for strategic business decisions and discussions on innovation, predictive trends, spending, and investment distortion etc.

    • In long run establish and evangelize Data and Analytics strategy that fuels advanced analytics through new age solutions, technology (including AI/ML use cases).

    • Consults BP´s and MR KAMs based on high expertise in respective MR area of expertise.

    • Conduct market analyses following needs of marketing, media, sales, category management and top management.

    • Provides data and analyses and derives recommendations to support business decisions Investigate quality and potential of new information sources.

    • Interacts with other MR functions to conduct all research activities.

    • Ensures consistency of all activities, e.g. best practice approaches for analyzing the impact of promotion and media on sales Regional Hub.

    • Coordinates all MR issues of local and regional Top-Management (Reg. Steering, GM's, MD's)

    • Screens market for innovative analytical methods and IT-solutions and evaluates potential use for Henkel.

    • Identifies and implements best institute solution regarding quality and cost with regards to market information.

    • Steers all panel topics (data accuracy, data deliveries on time, panel costs and contracts, analytical approaches).

    • Leads Henkel MR SSC resources on reporting and market data analytics.

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Advertisement research.

    • Competitor analytics.

    • Consumer behavior analyses.

    • Statistics and AI knowhow.

    • Consumer segmentation methods.

    • Trade/consumer panel knowhow.

    • IT project coordination skills.

    • Power-BI and Tableau Basic knowhow of Python and R

    The salary for this role is $155,900.00- $225,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
