    We are looking for a great Executive Assistant to a Founding Director at a museum in the DTLA area. This EA would provide sophisticated administrative support to the museum's primary executive leader, who shapes the overall direction of the museum, is actively engaged in the global art landscape, and guides the growth of the collection. You will work collaboratively with all levels of management and staff, and serve as the Founding Director's gatekeeper, liaison to artists, galleries, peer institutions, Administrative work includes but is not limited to baseline tasks such as: adept calendar and scheduling management, impeccable attention to detail, thoughtful and responsive coordination of global business travel, analytical engagement in art market research that directly supports the Founding Directors focus on art acquisitions. You will possess an understanding of the importance of this support role to the museum's success, and have demonstrated aptitude for the business functions related to the acquisition of art. The Executive Assistant triages a high volume of correspondence and creates data-driven presentations for meetings including board meetings, and processing contributions and documents on behalf of The Art Foundation.

    Requirements

    Experience at a museum, art gallery or art auction house, and ArtNet software experience is required.
