  • Facilities Coordinator

    TEKsystems is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for a large Fortune 100 Multi-National Technology Company. If you are a motivated professional looking to help others while immediately impacting operational excellence with hands-on experience, we would love to hear from you.

    Position Summary & Primary Functions:

    • Work with facilities service vendors: Coffee Machines, Plant Installation, backend collaboration with other vendors

    • Quarterly document pick up/shredding

    • Provide facilities services to ensure proper building maintenance, procurement of supplies, daily inspection of site(s), and validation of work orders.

    • Shipping and receiving of mail

    • Act as a liaison with building maintenance, including regular communication.

    • Collaborate with key internal and external business partners, including necessary vendors and corporate HR, IS&T, EHS, and Security.

    • Oversee budgets, create spreadsheets/trackers (including Purchase Orders), and generate weekly activity and status reports.

    • Arrange and maintain conference rooms, including calendar scheduling.

    • Assist with providing equipment removal passes and visitor badges as needed.

    • Perform other support duties required by the department or office.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Maintain the professional appearance of common areas and conference rooms.

    • Greet and assist all visitors, maintaining the company visitor sign-in book. Coordinate visitor transportation and travel if needed.

    • Order, maintain, and track inventory for break rooms and office supplies. Keep break rooms and conference rooms looking professional.

    • Handle user errors/questions; day-to-day tasks can vary based on volume of requests.

    • Assist with transitions and office moves.

    • Manage vendor relationships, coordinating service requests with property management and external vendors.

    • Use employee information applications to access employee details and conference room schedules.

    • Serve as the after-hours contact for property management.

    • Ensure overall office safety and security.
