    JOB SUMMARY: Works under general supervision to coordinate projects to ensure homebuilding process is completed in a prompt, effective, and professional. Provides support to all field personnel on various construction projects involving: permits, schedules, and utility orders. Helps to enforce Corporate programs, helps monitor performance by tracking and reporting.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform all job start-up requirements (i.e. files, information sheets and field forms, bulletin board documents). Ensures that all required documents and admin materials are sent to the field in a timely manner.

    • Submit applications for each home's building permit and obtain permit from municipality. E-mail permit numbers to all mechanical subcontractors, soils and civil engineers for weekly starts. Responsible for entire permit process, from initial plot plan order, through fee payment.

    • In conjunction with leadership develops various construction schedules. Coordinates scheduling of various trades during construction phase. Communicate home closing dates with team members.

    • Regularly update and distribute Corporate reporting documents as assigned, including but not limited to: Construction Status Report, Daily Status Report, Excavation Starts Plan, Framing Starts Plan, Lot Staging Report and ACH Payment request tracker.

    • Audit, track and scan necessary paperwork throughout the homebuilding process.

    • Process invoices for field rental equipment as required.

    • Order all electrical and gas laterals/meters from the respective utilities. Conducts follow-up and research for all utility orders.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    Education/Certifications/Licenses

    • High school degree or equivalent required

    Experience

    • Prior office experience required, including strong computer usage and typing

    • Proficiency and experience in Excel, including data analysis - exporting data, calculations, use of filters, sorting, graphs, etc. Experience with MS Office - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.

    • Homebuilding experience preferred

    • Accounts payable experience a plus. Will be processing, auditing, and evaluating invoices for correct billing

    • Ability to multi task, prioritize deadlines, work in a fast paced environment

    • Action oriented, with the drive to push projects and tasks to successful closure

    • Comfortable with data entry, tracking information, and has a strong ability for follow through

    • Experience in record management - filing, labeling, and recording

    • Exceptional organizational capability, including the ability to multi-task

    • Strong people skills, including the capability to handle various personalities and develop professional relationships

    • Strong verbal & written communication, with the ability to take complex concepts and communicate accurately and persuasively

    • Strong ability to work within a team-setting, inclusive of other's ideas, and a willingness to cooperate

    • Makes quick and accurate decisions based heavily on facts, data and/or metrics

    Work Requirements

    • Work 8-hour days with flexibility for overtime when necessary

    • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to potential buyers, trade partners, and coworkers to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the company

    • Position is on-site at the Centennial, CO Division Office (7807 East Peakview Ave, Centennial, CO 80111) #LI-onsite

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

    • Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is $50,000-65,000 per year paid depending on experience, paid semi-monthly.

    • Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
