Procurement Specialist

Job Description

A large customer is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support one of their locations in Bartow, Florida. This person will be part of a team that oversees the Engineering and Construction of large projects. This resources role will be to oversee the entire RFP lifecycle. Thye will handle and send out all bids, evaluate them and make sure they are accurately placed in the Procurement portal (Maximo). From there they will track all bids, contracts, POs and equipment.

Skills and Requirements

Large enterprise experience: large revenue and project $ amounts

5+ years experience working with RFPs, tracking the contracts and bids and managing POs

Ability to navigate through complex procurement tools

Detail oriented and ability to find small mistakes among large data sets Maximo experience null
