Quality Inspector II - 2nd Shift

Objective: Perform quality inspection and ensure compliance of components, assemblies, and products.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in process inspections and final inspections on the disposable pack product line. Perform and document results of inspections per company procedures.

• Conduct testing, including routine environmental air and surface testing, burst test, peel test, Vit cutter test, seal width and dye penetration.

• Perform inspection of Batch printed labels.

• Create, update and implement procedures and work instructions related to inspection.

• Must possess strong attention to detail and accurately complete all records

• Must be able to sit for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

• Must be able to learn cGMP regulations

• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Preferred Education: Associate degree in life science or related technical area.

• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) Regulation. Knowledge of clean room operations a plus.

• Preferred Qualifications: Quality Assurance experience in a Medical Manufacturing Environment.
