Software Developer In Test

Looking for a Sr. SDET to come join the our clients financial team, and is willing to be onsite twice a week in Downtown Chicago (S. Wacker). Want someone who is looking to buy into the company culture and be here for the long haul.

• Experience in java and can code fluently in Java

• Must have Unix experience (or Linux if no Unix) and Multithreading experience.

• Integration testing and someone who is familiar with cucumber and understands how automation works.

• Huge plus would be GCP and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

Description

Principal Accountabilities

• Conducts system-wide testing and some integration testing.

• Helps with debugging/designing the automated test frameworks

• Demonstrates skill in language proficiency; Writes application modules and unit tests with minimal guidance. Designs with guidance and codes independently.

• Good UNIX knowledge with industry experience

• Automation testing with experience in Cucumber

• Create and maintain test artifacts and facilitate artifact reviews.

• Industry experience in Core Java and Multithreading .

• Experience working in the Continuous Integration environment using Jenkins, Ansible

• Google Cloud experience will be plus but not required

• ?at least 3 years of required experience.
