Sprinkler Fitter

HIRING PIPEFITTER FOREMAN NEAR HARRISBURG, PA

PAY RATE: $20 - $30/HR

Description:

A client in Central PA is currently looking for a foreman level Fire Sprinkler Fitter. This individual must be able to work on their own and has experience managing a crew of individuals on a new construction job site. This position requires inspections of work, material, and maintaining a safe working environment. Must have experience reading blue prints, ability to cut, thread, and groove pipes. Some jobs require to be up in the air on a lift, while harnessed in, to inspect work so candidates must be okay with heights.

Responsibilities:

• Installing and Working with PVC Piping, Copper Pipe and Groove Pipe

• Grinding & Beveling Pipe

• Laying out, Cutting, Assembling and/or Installing Pipe

• Test Pipe Systems to Ensure Safety and Functionality

• Repairing Malfunctions

• Installing, Modifying and Repairing Fluid Systems
