  • Description This role prepares and consolidates financial statements, analyzes and reconciles accounts, analyzes cash flow, creates budgets and forecasts, prepares audits, and manages internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting to attain company goals.     How you will make an impact

    • Participate in various department-wide initiatives

    • Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors

    • Prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

    • Commitment to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

    • Work with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls and provide support on special requests

    • Provide Balance Sheet account reconciliations

    • Produce error-free monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP

    • Delegate resources to Ad-hoc projects as necessary

    • Analyze financial information and report on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks) Requirements - Earlier experience in public accounting is highly valued

    • Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines

    • Knowledgeable of ERP systems

    • 3-5 years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience

    • Proficiency with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required

    • Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems

    • US GAAP experience

    • SEC reporting and SOX compliance is a plus

    • BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred

    • Great attention to detail

    • Exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills

    • Must have excellent time management skills

    • Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

    • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
