    We're looking for a Sr. Construction Manager (temporary) to be based in the Los Angeles, CA area who is excited about working on projects supporting our clients' business and business practices. Join us and you'll have the chance to work on construction projects including zero emission bus and bus facility infrastructure projects. You will be expected to be able to work with clients and contractors with the knowledge of construction practices including change management, safety, quality assurance, scheduling, estimating, price negotiations, and oversight of d ay-to-day activities. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you'll help our teams achieve our client's objectives. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

    Here's what you'll need :

    • This position is temporary and estimated to be between 3-6 months.

    • Bachelor's degree in in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, , or related discipline

    • 15 years of proven experience in Construction Management working on Caltrans transportations projects

    • Knowledge of construction including material, methods, plans and specifications; associated safety requirements.

    • Knowledge of current and upcoming relevant local, regional, state and federal regulations governing design, construction, contracting, environmental, and safety measures

    • Experience with projects utilizing alternative project delivery.

    • Experience supporting clients on multiple capital projects.

    • Required to have and maintain a satisfactory driving record

    Ideally, you'll also have:

    Current and valid registration as a licensed Professional Architect or Engineer in the State of California

    Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Certification

    Proven experience and knowledge with Caltrans Transportation projects

    Typical salary range for this position is $140,900 - $220,200 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
