    About the role:

    As Sr. Graphic Designer, you'll work on a variety of projects to support our retail, sales, E-commerce, and marketing channels. We are looking for an experienced jack-of-all-trade designer who is passionate about design regardless of medium and has experience working in both digital and print.

    This person should have a love for both product marketing and brand storytelling, and love staying on top of cultural trends.

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to bring campaigns to life.

    • Design elevated product campaigns that highlight our fresh flavors and product benefits.

    • Support brand campaigns with bold design thinking and execution to grow our awareness.

    • Execute design for campaigns across email, text messages, paid media, web, print, OOH.

    • Generate new design ideas to promote both our product and brand storytelling.

    • Collaborate with the Brand and Partnerships team on designs to broaden customer reach.

    • Create stunning paid social and display ads to dive sales.

    • Collaborate with Marketing and E-commerce teams to make data-driven design decisions based on analytics and consumer insights.

    • Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all customer touch points.

    • Work closely with copy to ensure visuals are harmonious with the narrative.

    • Work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field required.

    • 6-10 years of general design experience required.

    • 3-5 years of experience working directly for a CPG brand or within an agency focused on CPG brands.

    • Proficient in the fundamentals of design (color, balance, proximity, alignment, contrast, repetition, size and space).

    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Strong typographic skills.

    • Excellent communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and teamwork skills, and ability to multi-task.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines with strong project and time management skills.

    • Adobe CC Suite + knowledge of relevant tools: Microsoft Office, Asana.

    • Experience creating GIFs or motion graphics.

    • Work independently, as well collaboratively as part of a team.

    Work Environment:

    • Office environment with flexibility for industry events.

    The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.

    Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
