Job Description:

Responsible for the execution of enterprise-wide oversight and governance activities performed by third-party risk management teams. Facilitates the review and approval of third-party transaction requests and initial risk assessments. Monitors and reports on the compliance with enterprise-wide policy and procedures for assessing, onboarding, managing, monitoring, and terminating third-party transactions. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities

• Executes governance activities associated with the third-party risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks. Validates issues identified on third-party transactions.

• Executes risk oversight activities associated with the onboarding, management, and termination of third-party transactions. Facilitates the review and approval of third-party transaction requests and initial risk assessments. Escalates issues for review and remediation.

• Collaborates and builds relationships with different business partners and provides guidance regarding program requirements on the onboarding and management of third-party transactions.

• Assists with the compilation and reconciliation of third-party reporting data for reports.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Risk Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, or related field

• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, or related field

• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, or related field

• Project ManagementProfessional

• CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar certification

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
