Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Desktop Engineer/IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Workspace, Azure Active Directory (Tier 2), and Microsoft security and desktop environments. Familiarity with INTUNE, Ninja RMM, PC management software, and Mazul for Macs is a plus. This role requires an individual who can manage multiple tasks and provide exceptional support to our users, ensuring smooth and secure IT operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Google Workspace administration.

• Administer and support Google Workspace applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Google Workspace.

• Tier 2 experience with Azure Active Directory.

• Manage and support Azure AD.

• Assist in maintaining security protocols and managing user access.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft security protocols and desktop environments.

• Provide support for Microsoft security and desktop environments.

• Configure and manage Microsoft INTUNE.

• Set up and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for users.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

• Ninja RMM, PC Management Software, Mazul for Macs

• Utilize Ninja RMM for remote monitoring and management of PCs.

• Manage and support Mazul for Mac systems.
