Going on interviews can be tough enough but it’s even worse when you start to second guess yourself. Feel confident by preparing your meals properly before you even get the call to come in. Diet can affect a lot of things from smell to complexion. Taking a thoughtful approach to the food you consume can give you the extra confidence to ace the interview without the need to douse yourself in perfume or cologne (which you should never do!).
Take a proactive approach to personal odor. By recognizing how foods react with your body’s chemistry you can avoid pitfalls like body odor, excess gas, bad breath and acne. You can also avoid getting little pieces stuck in your teeth giving you a speckled smile. Surprisingly it’s not all junk food or the standard gags of garlic and onions. While they definitely top the list foods they are far from the only options that can wreak havoc in your system.
