    M Health Fairview has an immediate opening for an Account Manager. The Account Manager is responsible forrelationship management of employer group clients who purchase M Health Fairview branded healthcare and wellbeing programs. This role is responsible formaintaining and expanding relationships with employer customers, and establishing productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders who have purchased one or more of the M Health Fairview Employer Solutions program portfolio. Oversight and management of these key client relationships to ensure satisfaction, profitability, and renewal is key to position success.

    The role is responsible for providing leadership and management to ensure a high level of customer service and responsiveness to all accounts, proactively assessing, clarifying and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis. In addition to tracking performance and providing information for client review, all client communication related to product rollout, employee engagement and the annual renewal process will be directed by this role.

    The Account Manager represents the entire range of the Employer Solutions portfolio and is expected to be subject matter expert in each of the products. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships and address all day to day questions, issues, reports, requests and general inquiries. The account manager will hold at least quarterly client meetings to review program performance and address client's needs. This role will be expected to assess program performance and make recommendations for enhancements and/or improvements to product management.

    • Develops and maintains relationships, providing consultative services to clients

    • Manages client implementations and on-going service needs by interfacing with clients and internal departments in order to meet customer requirements

    • Provide ongoing problem solving to ensure high level of service provided to clients working closely with internal stakeholders.

    Responsibilities/Job Description

    • Achieves strategic customer objectives in alignment with customer needs and business model

    • Completes annual strategic customer account plans

    • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings

    • Leads solution development efforts for the customer

    • Works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including clinical operations, product management, and sales to achieve program objectives for the customer

    • Promotes the portfolio of MH Fairview healthcare and wellbeing services and Integrated Employer Solutions, in response to customer needs

    • Works in alignment with Integrated Employer Solutions account management on shared accounts

    • Meets assigned targets for client satisfaction and account renewal

    • Oversees key projects, processes and performance in support of accounts

    • Develops RFP responses and sales proposals in collaboration with sales and product management using templates

    • Negotiates service agreements and manages contract renewals

    • Develops and maintains positive and supportive relationships with brokers and benefit consultants

    • Represents M Health Fairview Employer Solutions in client meetings, events and employee health fairs including M Health Fairview's Customer Advisory Council

    • Brings creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and motivate others.

    Qualifications

    Required

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or health care leadership or related field

    Experience

    • Ten years account management or client services experience.

    • Experience in and knowledge of the health-care industry.

    Preferred

    Education

    • Advanced degree in business, marketing or healthcare leadership

    Experience

    • Ten years health plan benefits or employer health services account management experience.

    Additional

    • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills highly desirable.

    • Effective Project management/organizational skills.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve client issues.

    • Strong focus on customer service.

    • Ability to manage timelines and meet tight client deadlines.

    • PC skills including Microsoft Office and Internet experience.
