    Job Description:

    The Manager functions as the lead developer of business analytics, dashboards and reports related to customer engagement and product/solution performance for ABA's Office of Member Engagement (OME) Division.

    Develop business intelligence collateral (reports and dashboards) to drive strategic planning, successful member recruitment/retention/engagement tactics, cross-selling opportunities and lead generation. This role will assist the VP of Finance in developing procedures and standards for improving the capture, storage, and retrieval of critical business information.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Report & Dashboard Development & Maintenance

    • Develop/maintain member engagement reports and dashboard to facilitate data driven recommendations and decision making in the Office of Membership Engagement group.

    • Create reliable reports and/or dashboards based on business requirements by collecting, analyzing, and converting complex raw data from a variety of core information systems including Salesforce/NimbleAMS, Eloqua marketing platform, customer networking platforms, Workday financial system, Cornerstone OnDemand LMS, SNL, etc. into easily digestible, analytical reports for executive staff, business managers and product owners.

    • Lead the process through interdepartmental collaboration to discuss potential changes to develop member engagement reports/benefits statements for banks of all sizes.

    • Maintain, customize, and update reports and dashboards as well as implementing proper report nomenclature, versioning, and overall governance.

    • Develop skills in other reporting tools, including but not limited to business intelligence software systems like Tableau, PowerBI, AWS QuickSite, Domo, etc. to further the Association's dashboarding/reporting capabilities.

    • Train end-users on how to use developed reports, as well as report writing tools.

    Governance Support

    • Collaborate with business partners on definition and enforcement of Salesforce and NimbleAMS and other analytics systems report standards, including folder structure and access permissions as a member of the Nimble AMS/Salesforce Report Governance group.

    • Align with IT reporting group to ensure report consistency.

    Collaboration and Communication

    • Provide detailed and accurate communication to all stakeholders.

    • Work closely with ABA staff to understand their reporting requirements; continuously collaborate with end-users to develop reports by flowcharting, prototyping, and receiving ongoing feedback ensuring business requirements are met.

    • Collaborate within Office of Member Engagement to ensure all performance and business continuity goals are met.

    • Enable business leaders to leverage data and predictive analytics to identify and pursue business opportunities supporting the BI Center of Excellence.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information System/Technology, Analytics or related field.

    • 8+ years of IT and business/industry work experience including development and deployment of Salesforce Reports.

    • Experience maintaining reports and dashboards for a multi-cloud Salesforce platform (Nimble AMS, SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Marketing Cloud).

    • Experience with NimbleAMS preferred.

    • Experience with Salesforce administration strongly preferred.

    • Experience with Salesforce Report Writer required; Experience with Tableau, PowerBI and other reporting platforms that integrate with Salesforce preferred.

    • Hands-on knowledge of enterprise repository tools, data modeling tools, data mapping tools, and data profiling tools.

    • Experience with data processing flowcharting techniques.

    • In-depth experience with Salesforce reporting tools (Salesforce report writer, Tableau).

    • Experience with SQL databases.

    • Demonstrated ability to conduct data analysis, provide significant attention to detail, work collaboratively & independently, and make strategic, data driven recommendations/decisions.

    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

    • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.

    • Ability to work well within a team as well as independently.

    • Strong customer focus.

    • Ability to successfully present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

    • Excellent client/user interaction skills to determine requirements.
