Our responsibilities including managing the sales strategy for market expansion and providing the execution muscle needed to implement sales transformation initiatives. Picture Yourself at Pega:
As the Senior Learning Experience Manager, you will design, build and deliver Pega's sales enablement and development program to Pega's sales team. You will work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment and you will have an impactful role in continuing Pega's rapid growth trajectory.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Design, build, and maintain sales learning experience / sales program
Collaborate with stakeholders in the field sales organization, HR, sales effectiveness, and sales operations to conduct robust needs assessments that define development priorities
Develop the vision, strategy, and implementation plan to drive learning beyond the classroom, employing emerging technologies and creative design to make learning "sticky".
Serve as the curriculum architect and lead design of innovative learning solutions for the front-line sales managers that improve performance, drive business outcomes, and engage the modern learner
Create or augment content to support the sales manager learning experience
Measure outcomes and results
Who You Are:
Ability to apply sound learning principles, agile methods, learning technology and program management skills together in the design, development and maintenance of learning programs.
Adept at working with learning support technology, such as eLearning software, virtual classroom technology, 3rd party learning applications, micro-learning, etc.
Client oriented - collaborative, responsive, ability to facilitate consensus among divergent viewpoints and build relationships at all levels that inspire confidence
Strong team player and the ability to work under pressure
High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail
Strong desire to learn and develop additional skills and expertise
Exceptional attention to detail - able to present and communicate facts/data/recommendations thoughtfully, accurately and in ways that facilitate insight
What You've Accomplished:
8 plus years of experience designing learning programs; at least 3 years relevant training and facilitation experience
3 plus years of sales enablement/effectiveness experience
Experience building a company-wide learning organization infrastructure
Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs, focused on building core people leadership capabilities.
Advanced Degree in Learning and Development, Organizational Management or related field a plus
