We seek a Vertical Market Leader-Commercial who will lead a team of Vertical Market Managers that own the Carrier Enterprise vertical strategy in-region, develop and execute vertical marketing and customer outreach, and influence product pipeline.
Manage team of Vertical Market Managers
Conduct market / account-level research to identify Enterprise opportunities within the assigned Enterprise vertical.
Identify and nurture contacts to develop leads.
Lead regional vertical planning and account targeting
Support Enterprise Account Managers to build annual account plans
Work alongside Revenue Operations to identify target vertical accounts for Enterprise growth.
Support Enterprise Account Managers as a vertical SME during high-value sales opportunities
Contribute broad vertical-specific challenges and Carrier solutions
Coordinate with marketing to build and execute vertical marketing plans
Build and utilize various communities (e.g., events, tradeshows, online forums, etc.) to generate demand
Create Thought Leadership and Identify product portfolio gaps to address vertical needs
Develop vertical-specific value propositions
Act as the conduit between sales and product development to build a future-state solution roadmap
Industry and product knowledge
Proven experience developing Commercial Real Estate, Integrated Facility Management, Developer, and Owner-occupier enterprise accounts
Strong customer-facing communication skills
Analysis and market research capability
Ability to work cooperatively with multiple internal stakeholders
