    We seek a Vertical Market Leader-Commercial who will lead a team of Vertical Market Managers that own the Carrier Enterprise vertical strategy in-region, develop and execute vertical marketing and customer outreach, and influence product pipeline.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage team of Vertical Market Managers

    • Conduct market / account-level research to identify Enterprise opportunities within the assigned Enterprise vertical.

    • Identify and nurture contacts to develop leads.

    • Lead regional vertical planning and account targeting

    • Support Enterprise Account Managers to build annual account plans

    • Work alongside Revenue Operations to identify target vertical accounts for Enterprise growth.

    • Support Enterprise Account Managers as a vertical SME during high-value sales opportunities

    • Contribute broad vertical-specific challenges and Carrier solutions

    • Coordinate with marketing to build and execute vertical marketing plans

    • Build and utilize various communities (e.g., events, tradeshows, online forums, etc.) to generate demand

    • Create Thought Leadership and Identify product portfolio gaps to address vertical needs

    • Develop vertical-specific value propositions

    • Act as the conduit between sales and product development to build a future-state solution roadmap

    Qualifications:

    • Industry and product knowledge

    • Proven experience developing Commercial Real Estate, Integrated Facility Management, Developer, and Owner-occupier enterprise accounts

    • Strong customer-facing communication skills

    • Analysis and market research capability

    • Ability to work cooperatively with multiple internal stakeholders

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales/Marketing, or related discipline
